After a very hectic day yesterday we managed to get to Lester B Pearson's Personal airport just outside Toronto a little after 1900 After the driver who will remain nameless (Dave) missed the entrance to said airport! So we did a tour of the Highway 409 before finding the correct way in.
Arrived inside just in time to see and experience the longest check in line in the world!
I read the ticket wrong and thought that we had to board at 2110 so BP and patience exceeded the allowable yearly amount. Sally tried to tell me I was wrong but you all know how it is soooo.
We made it through with 21/2 hours to spare. whooppeee Duty free and beer time. Boarded at 2310.
I snobbled the window seat Sally got the isle. and for some strange reason know only to Air Canada on this particular class of aircraft the seat sequence doesn't have a B so our seats 18A and C we thought that there would be a stranger sitting between us. No such luck A and C were right beside each other. (Warning Browny Point suck up)good thing we love each other.
We took off and had an uneventful flight across Eastern Canada the North Atlantic Ocean, Ireland and landed in Dublin on purpose at 1130 where we whisked through customs and immigration met by Sandra Our sister in law who Kindly came to pick us up and drove us to Wexford Fed us lunch and then abandoned us to our own devises.
More to follow at some point probably even with pictures!
